Bullet time camera array
Bullet time camera array Created for an El Monterey spot, I created this camera array for a “Bullet Time” shot where Time seems to freeze and the camera orbits the subject. the cameras are wired into, and controller by an adaptive micro controller to allow the shutters to trigger within 20ms. Image management software was written by Fernando Toledo and Drew Fiero.

GE Electricity Value Network Chicago/MiamiThis display was created for GE to promote it’s expertise in power generation and smart electricity networks at conferences around the US.On this Project I consulted on design, Selected the cameras and lenses, sculpted terrain. I also accompanied the display to Illinois and Florida to ensure proper transport setup and maintenance during the show. 4 AR experiences accompanies each section, the turbines spin, and the cooling tower emits steam bringing the display to life.
Powered VFX Wrist Tracker
Powered VFX Wrist TrackerA stand in prop was needed for actors representing VR Wrist blaster that was to be replaced with CGI. The prop needed to host tracking markers to aid in 3D tracking. I developed a system of LEDs that were visible from all angles, that would not flicker due to the cameras shutter speed. Brightness was adjustable to match the lighting on set so the markers were not too dim or bright. 3d printed diffusing domes (not pictured) ensured the LED’s were visible from more angles.
